Warm- a medium level of sexual tension, a balance of sexual and emotional intimacy, lighter on the details in the sexual moments.It was a big part of how Stevie sees herself, and seeing Zanders use his therapy techniques to break down her walls and reteach her the importance of self-esteem was the most romantic part of this story. Watching Zanders support Stevie and make her love herself right along with him was so very fulfilling, and one of the (many) reasons why it was so easy to fall for this couple. Like her, it took awhile for me to love myself fully and I’m still waiting on a guy who will make me his first choice. In fact, I thoroughly enjoy spending the majority of my game time in the penalty box before leaving the arena with a new girl on my arm each night.

I just couldn’t get enough of their couple time on the page, and there is definitely plenty of that. I thought I’d see it all, but when my new job lands me onboard working for the most egotistical and self-righteous diva in the NHL, I start to second guess everything. My book is showing the placeholder or blank image cover as the main cover when readers are posting their reviews to Goodreads. I was also hooked on both characters – the infuriatingly arrogant (yet immensely appealing) Zanders and the strong, fierce Stevie, who battles insecurities about her curvy figure. So, if you like your books with undeniable chemistry, quick banter, and a healthy dash of spice, you’ve come to the right place!
