The content is very interesting and can help people who have strange things happen in their lives to realise they are not alone. Dolores became, perhaps, the world's most unlikely expert on the prophecies of Nostradamus. Re the Shift, when this happens "it will shift this entire universe into a better place". Each great disaster brings the Earth closer to the Shift. "There will be two Earths. One will overlay the other." The Shift into the new vibration will be like "beautiful waves of energy". The ones on the old Earth won't know this is happening, and won't even be aware of the ones who've left to go to the New Earth. I have to say that reading Dolores Cannons works have drastically changed my life for the better, and this book is no exception! It’s been a long and interesting journey reading the Convoluted Universe series by QHHT pioneer Dolores Cannon. The fifth book in the series is the final volume, and, I believe, the last book that was published from author Dolores Cannon before she passed away. It’s bittersweet to see this series end, as it gave me a lot of new concepts to think about, completely reinvented my belief system, and opened the door to a whole new reality for me. I have gone through a huge rebirth and transformation in my life, and I’m proud to say that the works of Dolores Cannon are a big part of it. One interesting thing about Delores Cannon is that as she travelled around the world to speak and investigate, her fans would reach out to share their own personal encounters with UFOs, ETs and the unexplained and invite her to visit. Cannon went to the UK, Egypt, former Soviet Countries, remote areas of Australia and New Zealand, and parts of Asia, where she would gather evidence and attempt to put pieces together from the many stories and experiences shared by her fans and the individuals who participated in her Quantum Healing Hypnosis. In 1970 her husband was discharged as a disabled veteran, and they retired to the hills of Arkansas. She then started her writing career and began selling her articles to various magazines and newspapers. When her children began lives of their own, her interest in regressive hypnosis and reincarnation was reawakened. She studied the various hypnosis methods and thus developed her own unique technique which enabled her to gain the most efficient release of information from her subjects. Since 1979 she has regressed and cataloged information gained from hundreds of volunteers. She calls herself a regressionist and a psychic researcher who records "lost" knowledge. She has also worked with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) for a number of years.

I believe past lives exist on another vibration or frequency. When we regress to those lives we change frequencies to see and experience them, just like changing the channels on a radio or TV set. Sometimes these other frequencies are too close or overlap and cause static or disease. So I feel that even with the Nostradamis book that too much emphasis is on the horror and struggle and negativity. This regression took place in San Jose, California, in May 2000. I had an interesting explanation for fibroid tumors in the uterus. The woman had had several abortions. She had good reasons for them because at the time she already had several children, and was having a very difficult time trying to work and support them. She felt under the circumstances she could not add to the burden by having more children. She said the abortions did not bother her and that she had come to terms with it, but her subconscious and her body knew otherwise. She began having problems with fibroid tumors. During the session her subconscious said she was feeling more guilt than she realized, and the fibroid tumors represented unborn babies. Once she came to terms with this the tumors began to shrink, and disappeared without the need of surgery.

We are being tested, but if we keep ourselves at peace and in balance, we are passing the test. Our own personal life is our own universe, and it is here that we must create peace and harmony. "The ones that can't create peace and harmony in this body universe are not passing the test." Eventually he became tired of playing the game, and tried to find a way to get out of it. The people loved him, but after a while they were becoming bored because of his consistent winning. The other communities did not like it, because they did not get a chance to rule. He decided he would lose, but it could not be too obvious. When he began losing it was decided to replace him. Then he was allowed to live a normal life, including eating anything he wanted. He decided to go and live with the opposing community, because they were so happy to finally get a chance to rule. There he found that their athletes were not on restrictive diets, but normal food. He was happy there, but he did not live much longer. When he was dying he felt as though his insides were on fire. The medicine man said it was a result of the white liquid he had been forced to drink all those years. It had damaged his body. The audible version Book Two is read by two narrators (Cherise Knapp and Randall Schaffer) who play the parts of Cannon and the various entities communicating to her. If I were casting the voice talent, I would have selected stronger voice talent. Knapp’s read of Cannon captured her curiosity but would have been much more fun if done with more grit. I could imagine Cannon as a kunoichi, perhaps with a low pitch voice that commanded some authority. Cannon was a woman who could surely hold court with any alien being.

I can say that much of the information presented was difficult to fully comprehend, it pertaining to matters previously unknown to us and somewhat beyond our understanding. Cannon herself does a great job of understanding what her regressed subjects say to her and asking the right questions, though I still abhor her in places sloppy writing. It seems there is a plan out there in the universe, (and bigger in scope than anyone can imagine), to not only save humankind from our own dense selves from blowing ourselves into smithereens with nuclear bombs and atomic power; but also from destroying the ecology of our beautiful planet. Needless to say, this would affect the rest of the universe as well, and for this reason, there has been an enormous influx of sightings of UFO's since the atomic bombs were dropped at the end of World War II.
