About this deal

She’s the number one parenting vlogger in the UK, with 9 million combined followers across her social platforms. A beautiful and heart-warming memoir about her experience with motherhood – it will be full of the warmth, humour and positivity she is known for … We are so proud to be working with Louise on a truly special book. I do sometimes struggle with fantastical elements in novels such as time travel but it really helped that this reminded me of ‘Who’s That Girl? So I'm very glad I've FINALLY been able to rectify this shameful fact by devouring her latest standalone novel (in a single afternoon, that's how much I got swept away by the story!

Felicity Alexander, Senior Commissioning Editor for Piccadilly Press, said: ‘We couldn’t be more delighted to be part of this Bonnier Books UK group acquisition for Louise’s work. Either way, Time After Time was an absolutely joyous reading experience and I felt bereft when I turned the final page and had to say goodbye to my new fictional-bestie Tabby. I trust them not only with this story but also with helping me bring to life further works from the world of Robin Wilde in the form of children’s fiction. When a thrilling opportunity at work arises, Robin is more than excited to step up and show everyone, including herself, what she’s made of. In 2003, she moved to Liverpool to study Psychology and Biology; she attended Liverpool John Moores University and graduated with honours in 2006.

It's a very empowering and uplifting message, and one that I love seeing take centre stage in a woman's fiction novel. The storyline was interesting, if you enjoyed the way the story worked in the previous books then you will like this one as it follows a very similar path and structure. First of all, I did a Twitter read-along, so if you're interested in that then you can read over it here.

World rights for the books were acquired from Abigail Bergstrom, head of publishing, at Gleam Titles. Although I cannot lie that some other aspects of Tabby's life very much felt like she was "stuck", especially on the romantic front. And they’re certainly not hailed as the epitome of perfection in the magazines, but today something feels special. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. So when I heard that this third book, Wilde Women, was going to be the last in the series, and the end of Robin Wilde's adventures, I was both excited to see what happened next with her and her daughter, friends and family, and scared to see it all come to an end. It is not an overly complex tale and many of the story-lines are predictable, however it really is an easy read to just switch off with and take time out! The final 50 pages were pretty emotional as we start to realise how everything across the two time lines fit together.

When she meets Bea, a free spirit like no one else she's ever known with an 'interesting' sense of style, Tabitha quickly befriends her, recognising in Bea the change she's been craving. As mentioned, there are some major bombshells and big reveals throughout this book and a few of them were definitely predictable but some of them came out of the blue and can be fairly hard hitting.I won’t go into details, but I like that this book did highlight that not all families are the same, and they can all be good and matter the same. Lyla’s father is still in the picture (as just that Lyla’s father) but his presence does provide Robin with time out, time for her to catch up on her own love-life.
