Wonderful Skin Smoothing Mask I have used this mask for several years and it’s the best as I have tried others but they cannot compare. Side note: I’m sure some of you spotted and are wondering about that gap between the door and the door jamb at the top of the closed door in the second picture in this post.

I sprayed two coats of a hard-drying primer on top and that made matters worse, but both were my fault. The airtight mask allows targeted, emollient ingredients to absorb into the skin's surface during treatment. Starting from the bottom, remove by slowly peeling away (never pull) until all of the mask has been removed.To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. It took me about 20 minutes to paint the liquid mask onto all 15 glass panes, and then I had to let it dry before painting the door. I do recommend it, and I think it’s a great product, just so long as you know what to expect with that drying time, and can plan around that. Having masked hundreds of windows and doors in my painting career, covering glass with Masking Liquid H20 is definitely faster than using painter's tape or cutting-in multiple coats with a brush. If that’s not possible, I just spend some time touching up any areas where the paint bled under the tape. I made the mistake of applying too thin of a coating on some of the windows, which resulted in me having to use a razor blade on parts of the glass to remove it. On a door like this, I’d just let it dry and then use a flat razor/scraper to remove the paint from the glass. Since I was spray painting the French doors, I had to remove the film from the entire length of each window, but removing only a small strip around the perimeter of the glass would be very easy. It’s hard to believe, but when I hung that door and installed the trim, that door was perfectly flat against the door jamb from top to bottom when it was closed. It may seem it won’t peel due to the thinness but all you have to do is pinch the area of the application and away it goes. I began applying the mask at around 9:00pm, and I was expecting it to dry quickly (I was expecting an hour at the most) so that I could apply two coats of paint and be done with the door before I went to bed. I’ve seen that product before too, and I would choose it in a heartbeat over taping or trying to just be precise. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s because (1) our house is on a pier and beam foundation that is constantly moving and shifting as the ground moves and shifts, and (2) we’re experiencing horrible drought conditions here, and have been since early last year. And then once the second coat was dry, I used a utility knife with a brand new sharp razor blade, scored around the edges of each pane, and peeled the mask off of the pane.
