About this deal

Despite being one of the book’s more complicated ‘all-star bakes’, the recipe was really easy to follow too, with ingredients you are likely to already have in the cupboard. The method was easy to follow and they set well in the fridge, with the biscuit and chocolate chunks evenly spread throughout. A mix of brand new and exclusive recipes and all-time favourites requested by her followers, these are simple bakes to delight and inspire with plenty of twists on time-honoured flavour combinations and enough speculoos-based recipes to satisfy even the most committed of fans.

The blueberry running through the bars and the crumble on top make these the perfect spring centrepiece moment – my friends better be impressed! Mini Nutella and Oreo Cheesecakes Easy to make mini cheesecakes with a buttery Oreo base, a creamy Nutella cheesecake filling, topped with melted Nutella, and more Oreos! A super creamy and sweet No-Bake Milkybar cheesecake, with a buttery shortbread base and a white chocolate ganache topping! If you love soft and chewy cookies and you also love Nutella, this is a match made in heaven right here! This super easy traybake is everything a carrot cake should be: moist, spiced, nutty and topped with a creamy frosting.Featuring layers of whipped cream and vanilla-flavoured biscuits (such as Golden Oreos), it couldn’t be easier to make. You would never believe that once upon a time I wouldn’t touch these recipes… An obsessive relationship with ‘clean foods’ and fitness just wouldn’t allow it. What I thought: This was a super simple recipe that was really easy to pull together – mini eggs and white chocolate is a dream combination. From five-ingredient bakes to special occasion creations for impressing friends and family, there’s a bake for all eventualities, including some extra special seasonal bakes for Easter, Christmas and more. The recipe makes loads, so there will be plenty to share around with friends and family once you make a batch.

Layering the cookie dough on top of the caramel was a bit tricky, but the advice to break it up into small pieces was spot on.What I thought: Cinnamon buns are my favourite sweet treat, but being a terrible baker, I’ve never been brave enough to try making them.

There are so many different varieties to try here, from snickerdoodle to apple pie, speculoos to Oreo-studded, as pictured here. My name is Eloise Head, and I accidentally founded Fitwaffle with my fiancé whilst documenting my fitness and food journey on Instagram back in 2015. Make these super fudgy brownies that are packed with chocolate chips and big chunks of cookie dough throughout. Now for the first time, Fitwaffle fans and newcomers alike can enjoy 100 of Eloise’s easiest bakes in one place with the release of her first cookbook, Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy.I was a bit nervous about making the caramel as all my previous attempts have been disastrous, but the instructions were super clear and there were great tips for how to tell when it was ready. Baked In One presents a dazzling array of delicious treats that bakers of all levels can create with zero fuss and one trusty 20cm tin. The buttery shortbread base acts as a stand-in for the pie case and is layered up with a creamy baked cheesecake filling, roasted cinnamon apples, a shortbread crumble topping and a drizzle of caramel. I love that this book requires you to have a 20x20cm tin, and once you’ve got that, you’re ready to go – onto the next bake.

If you’re thinking a book focusing on the bakes you can make in the same 20cm tin must be a little limited, think again. What I thought:This flapjack mix was really tasty, I was tempted to eat it straight out of the bowl before baking, however, the finished product is SO delicious that I was glad I didn’t! What I thought: At the time of making this, I was in Far North Queensland, the banana capital of Australia, so Banoffee pie was the obvious choice when deciding what to make for dessert. This Oreo twist on a millionaire’s shortbread features a crushed Oreo base topped with layers of homemade caramel and white chocolate and finished with whole Oreo cookies. I was a bit short on cream cheese so I used vegan yoghurt, which worked a treat, you could not taste the difference.

In Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy, her first cookbook, Eloise shares 100 of her easiest cakes, cookies, traybakes and puddings, half of which are made with only 3 ingredients and the rest with only 4 or 5. Eloise Head, known as Fitwaffle to her 3 million strong tribe of social media followers, is a baking sensation, adored by her fans for her fun, easy-to-recreate and indulgent bakes. For a taste of what to expect, here we’ve rounded up 10 of our favourite 3-ingredient bakes from the book. With chapters spanning brownies, blondies, cakes, breakfasts, pies and crumbles, cookies and biscuits, no-bakes, snacks, and seasonal ideas, there’s a simple traybake for every occasion. We brought these into the office and they certainly got the seal of approval from the team who were experiencing the mid-afternoon sugar dip.
